The hotel is proud of its à la carte restaurant which offers a combination of modern, creative and traditional Istrian cuisine.

Along with many specialties, get acquainted with the authentic story of Istrian delicacies and the culture of life in this region. Try truffles, an unusual and mysterious tuber found in the depths of the Motovun forest, Istrian prosciutto and unique meals made from pasta, game and Istrian beef along with excellent Istrian wine.

Along with several larger and smaller spaces, we offer our guests the choice between a traditional and modern ambient not only for accommodation but also for dining. Thanks to this, our à la carte restaurant Palladio, located on the ground floor of the building, has a few separated areas where delicacies that are prepared in our kitchen are served. Individuals, larger and smaller groups of guests can enjoy in the elegant restaurant areas: in Istarski and Plavi and on the terraces where unforgettable gastronomic delicacies are offered. The interior areas of the à la carte restaurant have air-conditioning and central heating so it is suitable for gastronomic gatherings in the summer and winter months.
